Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option]. Pricing / Payment / Handyman Service Terms & Conditions

  • $130.00 for first hour (covers travel, setup, initial labor) and is non-negotiable regardless of scope or duration of work performed.

  • $110.00 for all additional hours.

  • Payment due upon receipt unless agreed in writing.  Material cost above $500 requires material payment in full upon ordering (proof of order provided). 

  • Invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to 10% late fee.

  • 15% surcharge added when contractor corrdinates pick up of material, and remains the property of contractor until paid in full.

  • Acceptable payment methods: Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle

  • Liability insurance provided by contractor.

  • Labor performed is warrantied for 6 months from date of completion or sale of property whichever comes first.  Warranty does not cover materials, material failure, normal wear and tear, acts of God, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, and is not transferrable.

  • Contractor is not responsible for hidden or pre-existing structural, plumbing, electrical, or environmental issues discovered during or after the completion of work.

  • All "good faith" estimates of labor and materials are subject to change upon futher analysis of pre-existing conditions found during the deconstruction  process.

  • After work has started, any modifications to scope need to be approved by customer, and may impact the final invoice amount.
